Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Loon & Stone products, you'll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency you choose at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged before each shipment unless you prepay.

You have full control of your subscription. You can pause, modify, or cancel anytime before your next scheduled shipment through the subscription management link in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or not yet available. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout. If we collect partial or no payment, we'll store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when your order ships.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not available, but you may request a return or refund under our standard Returns & Exchanges policy.
