Every Loon & Stone diffuser is crafted in small batches and shipped with the same attention we bring to the product itself. Below you’ll find our full shipping policy, including processing times, carriers, and subscription details.


Processing Times

All orders — standard, express, and subscription — are processed and shipped within:

1–3 business days

This processing window applies regardless of shipping speed selected, including UPS 2-Day and Next-Day Air.
(Express shipping affects transit time, not processing time.)

We do not ship on holidays.

Standard Shipping (Delivery in 1-4 business days depending on your location)

Express Shipping (Transit times are determined at checkout)

  • UPS Next-Day Air

Local Delivery

Local Delivery Available - Place your order by 12:00 PM for same-day hand-delivery within eligible Charlotte zip codes. This option will be available at checkout if your delivery zip code is eligible.

Express rates are calculated automatically by UPS based on distance, weight, and service level.


Subscription Refill Shipping

Our monthly subscription refills always include:

- Free Shipping

- USPS/UPS delivery

- Monthly frequency only

Subscription refill orders ship separately from normal orders.


Carriers We Use

  • UPS — all standard, free, and express orders
  • USPS — all monthly subscription refills

We currently do not offer local pickup.


International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
International delivery will be added in the future.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking link
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours after your label is created.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is not present:

  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Check around your mailbox/porch
  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
  4. Contact us if still not found

Packaging & Sustainability

Your diffuser ships in:

  • Recyclable kraft packaging
  • 100% cotton double drawstring muslin bag
  • Paper-based protective materials
  • Eco-friendly inks

We avoid plastic wherever possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will replace or correct your order immediately.
